Vajra Stratigos is Vice President of Operations for Big Red F, overseeing the full portfolio of restaurants and events as of January 2025. A fourth-generation hospitality professional with nearly 40 years of experience, Vajra has trained in culinary programs across Europe and Asia, participated in industry panels across the globe, led multi-concept restaurant brands, and is certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Before joining BRF, he spent 16 years as a partner at Fifth Group Restaurants. While he’s received recognition along the way, his focus remains on building strong teams, elevating operational systems, and delivering meaningful guest experiences through thoughtful leadership. At Big Red F, he leads with a focus on accountability, culture, and the kind of consistent, creative execution that makes each concept feel like its own beloved place.
